Conference at Hyparschale?
Your delegates walk 2–3 minutes to us. The Genuss buffet is ready when they arrive: €24.90 per person, drinks extra or as a package on request. Up to 130 delegates at once: we open two buffet lines and use the restaurant, fireplace room and conservatory, in summer also the terrace.
Frequently asked questions
How many people fit in the fireplace room?
For meetings: theatre style without tables up to 40 with a top table, with tables up to 25. Fireplace room and conservatory together: up to 60 at tables, with buffet area. For parties: up to 30 at the table with the buffet in the room, up to 45 with the buffet in the conservatory.
What equipment is available?
A presentation screen with a 165 cm diagonal on a stand, connected via HDMI or USB. Easy to read even in a bright room. €39 per day on its own, included in the Frog meeting package. Common adapters are available free of charge.
Is there Wi-Fi?
Wi-Fi for meeting guests is available on request.
Can we meet on a Monday or Tuesday?
Yes. On our closing days we open for groups of 20 or more confirmed guests.
Where can delegates park?
At the roundabout on Heinrich-Heine-Platz by the Sternbrücke bridge. From spring 2027 the new car park at Stadthalle and Hyparschale adds over 500 spaces.
